£230 for 5 hours of work with me.

OR

£430 for 10 hours of work with me.

Inc free 1 hour consultation = £39 per hour.

This includes the Advance Metabolic Typing test and ongoing weekly support, Posture correction work, 1 to 1 Personal Training and a Training programme to suit your needs and goals, and any manual soft tissue work if needed, and much more.

You can then simply top up with a new set of 5 or 10 sessions, as and when your old sessions run out.

If you would like to do a either a 30 or 60 minute single massage session that can be arranged.
